Plano Sedation Dentist
Dr. Brad Williams has been providing Sedation Dentistry (sometimes inaccurately referred to as "sleep dentistry") for over 28 years. He is trained in both Oral and IV Conscious Sedation. His training goes far beyond the average "sedation dentist" as Dr. Williams holds Fellowship status with the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He is also certified in IV Sedation and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Most sedation dentists are only certified in oral conscious sedation and Basic Life Support.
Dr. Williams is also a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiologists, a group of dentists who are committed to making dental care more pleasant through a variety of
advanced techniques. Membership in this organization is evidence of his concern for your comfort and safety.
Dr. Williams grew up in Richardson, TX and graduated from J.J. Pearce High School in 1973. Knowing that he wanted to work in the healthcare field, he entered Texas A&M University and studied Pre-Med/Pre-Dent. He was accepted into Baylor College of Dentistry in the summer of 1976 just before he and his wife and high school sweetheart, Lisa, married.
In 1979, Dr. Williams graduated from dental school and taught in the Undergraduate Clinic for Children's Dentistry at Baylor and later started his private practice in Plano, TX.
Brad and Lisa Williams have 3 grown children, Lovisa, Jon-Mark and Lauren. They also have 5 growing grandchildren, Tyler, Ean, Brayden, Noah and Averie.
